Stack Decode delivered medspa website design WordPress work for The Luxe Room, a Botox, injectables, and aesthetics med spa founded by lead nurse injector Danielle Mathers, RN. The Luxe Room operates across four Colorado locations — Denver, Boulder, Fort Collins, and RiNo — and has built a 5.0-star reputation across more than 1,400 Google reviews. The clinic also launched its own in-house skincare and makeup line, Edit Cosmetics, which Stack Decode separately maintains on Shopify. Unlike most of our portfolio work, this is an ongoing relationship — Stack Decode continues to maintain the site rather than having handed it off after launch.
A four-location med spa offering more than fifteen distinct treatments — Botox and Dysport, dermal filler, Sculptra, Moxi laser, HydraFacial, AviClear, microneedling, chemical peels, and more — needed a site that could explain each treatment clearly without turning into an overwhelming wall of medical jargon, while still building the trust a patient needs before booking an injectable procedure. On top of that, each location needed its own team page and local presence, the clinic runs a real-time booking system through a third-party platform (Zenoti) that needed clean integration, and an active before-and-after gallery and live Google review feed needed to stay current without constant manual upkeep.
Stack Decode built The Luxe Room’s site on WordPress with Elementor, covering more than fifteen individual treatment pages, dedicated team pages for each of the four locations, a searchable before-and-after gallery, a membership program section, and a live Google reviews feed pulling in real, current patient feedback. Booking is integrated through the clinic’s Zenoti platform, with native iOS and Android app links promoted alongside the standard booking flow. The site also carries an active content blog, “The Aesthetic Blog,” written by the clinic’s own RN and used to support ongoing SEO. Since launch, Stack Decode has continued medspa website design WordPress maintenance for the site — plugin and core updates, security monitoring, and content changes as the clinic adds new treatments and locations.
Medical aesthetics is a trust-first category — a patient booking Botox or filler is making a decision about their face, not browsing a catalog. The Luxe Room’s site is built to carry that weight: real reviews front and center, detailed treatment explanations instead of vague marketing copy, and per-location team pages so a prospective patient can see exactly who they’d be working with before ever booking a consultation. Ongoing maintenance means the site keeps pace as the clinic expands — a different kind of engagement from a one-time build, and one we’re proud to have running long-term.
