Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Cancellation Policy
a) Service Cancellation by the Client
- Clients may request a cancellation of services within 7 days of placing an order, provided that no significant work has been completed.
- If the project is already in progress, cancellation requests will be reviewed based on the extent of work completed. Partial refunds may be provided at our discretion.
- Requests for cancellations should be sent to support@stackdecode.com with the subject line “Service Cancellation Request.”
b) Service Cancellation by Stack Decode Web and IT Solutions™
- We reserve the right to cancel any project if there is a violation of our terms of service, non-cooperation, or breach of contract by the client.
- In such cases, a partial or full refund will be assessed based on the work completed.
2. Refund Policy
a) Eligibility for Refunds
- Refunds are applicable only if the cancellation request is made within the specified 7-day window and no significant progress has been made on the project.
- If services have been rendered and completed, refunds will not be provided.
- In cases where work is partially completed, a prorated refund may be granted at our discretion.
b) Refund Processing Time
- Approved refunds will be processed within 15 business days from the date of approval.
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used during the transaction.
- Clients will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been successfully processed.
3. Exchange or Modification Policy
- Clients may request modifications or adjustments to their project within 30 days of project delivery.
- Requests for modifications should be sent to support@stackdecode.com with the subject line “Modification Request.”
- Minor modifications will be accommodated at no extra charge, while major revisions may incur additional costs.
4. How to Initiate a Refund or Exchange
To request a cancellation, refund, or modification, clients must send an email to support@stackdecode.com with the following details:
- Full name and contact details
- Order ID or project reference number
- Reason for refund or modification request
- Any supporting documents or relevant details
5. Exceptions and Special Cases
- No refunds will be issued for digital products, consultation fees, or completed services.
- Custom development projects with signed contracts may have specific refund clauses outlined in the agreement.
- If a refund is denied, clients may request a review of their case by contacting our support team.
