Welcome to Stack Decode Web and IT Solutions™. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Stack Decode website or app (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

Trademark Registration Notice
We have applied for trademark (TM) registration for our brand name Stack Decode Web and IT Solutions™. The government has provided us with the authority to use the ™ symbol with our brand while the registration is in process.
Payment Terms
For customers purchasing services from Stack Decode Web and IT Solutions™, the following payment policy applies:
Advance Payment: Customers must pay 50% of the total project cost before the commencement of any work.
Final Payment: The remaining 50% must be paid before the project is moved to the customer’s live domain.
Non-Refundable Deposits: The advance payment is non-refundable unless Stack Decode Web and IT Solutions™ fails to initiate or deliver the agreed-upon services.
Late Payments: Failure to complete the final payment may result in a delay in project delivery or suspension of work.
Admin Panel Access Terms
By gaining direct admin access to any website developed or managed by Stack Decode Web and IT Solutions, the client (“User”) agrees to the following additional terms:
1. Scope of Admin Access
Admin panel access is provided solely for the purpose of content updates, blog posting, and basic non-technical modifications.
The user shall not alter or tamper with core files, themes, plugins, licensing, security settings, or custom code implemented by Stack Decode.
2. Ownership & Licensing
All design layouts, structure, custom development code, and proprietary solutions remain the intellectual property of Stack Decode, unless explicitly transferred through a written agreement.
Unauthorized reuse, replication, or distribution of website layout, content structure, or design elements on other domains or projects not managed by Stack Decode is strictly prohibited.
3. Expiry of Service Term
Upon expiry or non-renewal of a monthly or yearly service plan, Stack Decode reserves the right to:
Revoke admin access without prior notice.
Take down or disable certain design elements, premium features, or licensed content that are part of Stack Decode’s proprietary toolkit or under subscription-based licenses.
Pursue legal action or charge a design reuse penalty if the client replicates website designs or features on other domains without prior written approval.
4. Copying or Reusing Website Layout
Any deliberate act of copying, replicating, or cloning website layouts, page structures, or design frameworks for use on other platforms, agencies, or websites after contract termination is considered a breach of intellectual property rights.
Stack Decode holds the right to demand removal of such content or charge licensing and usage fees, as deemed appropriate.
5. Security and Compliance
Users must not install unauthorized plugins, scripts, or make changes that may compromise the website’s security or performance.
Any security breach or data loss caused due to unauthorized changes will be the sole responsibility of the user, and Stack Decode shall not be held liable.
6. Audit & Monitoring
Stack Decode reserves the right to audit access logs and changes made under admin roles for compliance purposes.
In case of suspicious or malicious activity, admin access may be suspended immediately.
Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer of Warranties
a) Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Stack Decode Web and IT Solutions™ shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
- Any loss of profits, revenues, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from:
- Your use or inability to use the Service.
- Unauthorized access to or use of our servers and personal data.
- Any service interruptions, viruses, or malware transmitted through the Service.
- Errors or omissions in any content.
b) Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.
Stack Decode Web and IT Solutions™ makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the operation of the Service or the accuracy of content.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Rules of Conduct
By using the Service, you agree to abide by the following:
Respectful Interaction: No harassment, abuse, or harm to others.
No Unauthorized Access: Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.
No Malicious Activity: Do not distribute viruses, malware, or harmful software.
Compliance with Laws: Follow all applicable laws and regulations.
User Restrictions
Age Restrictions: The Service is for users 18+ or under parental supervision.
Prohibited Activities: No illegal, harmful, or rights-violating activities.
No Commercial Use: Commercial use is prohibited without prior written permission.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Pinjore, Haryana, India.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user access if these Terms are violated.
Any outstanding payments must be settled before project handover.
Updates to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the Service after changes indicates acceptance of the new Terms.
By using our Service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and agree to abide by them.
