What is Stack Decode Web and IT Solutions?
Stack Decode Web and IT Solutions is a web design and development company founded in January 2025 by Anmol Verma — a developer with 9+ years of hands-on experience and 200+ projects delivered. We build websites, mobile apps, e-commerce stores and digital products for businesses across 25+ countries. We’re a small, senior team — not a large agency with rotating junior staff.
Where are you based and do you work internationally?
We’re based in Pinjore, Haryana, India — near Chandigarh. The majority of our clients are based outside India. We work with businesses across the US, UK, Canada, Australia and 25+ countries. All projects are handled 100% remotely. Time zones, communication and international payments are never a problem.
How long have you been in business?
Stack Decode Web and IT Solutions was registered in January 2025 — but our founder Anmol Verma has been building websites and digital products since 2017. The studio is new. The experience behind it — 8 years and 200+ projects — is not.
Are you GST registered?
Yes. Stack Decode Web and IT Solutions is registered under GST in India. Our GSTIN is 06AZIPV9734F1ZU. GST invoices are issued for all Indian clients. International clients receive export invoices with zero-rated GST as per Indian export of services regulations.
Do you use AI tools in your work?
Yes — we actively use AI tools including Claude.ai, ChatGPT, Lovable.dev, Cursor and Figma AI across our development and design workflow. This allows us to build faster and more efficiently. Every AI output is reviewed and refined by our team before it reaches your project. We never publish or deliver raw AI output without human review.

What services does Stack Decode offer?
We offer 7 core services — website design and development, landing pages and lead generation, digital marketing and SEO, IT consulting and support, graphic design and UI/UX, automation and workflow solutions, and paid strategy consultations. We also offer monthly maintenance plans for websites, apps, e-commerce stores and automation workflows.
What platforms and technologies do you build on?
We build on WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, React, Next.js, Node.js, Laravel, Flutter and React Native depending on your project requirements. For yearly website plans we use WordPress as our standard platform — fast, flexible and great long-term value. For e-commerce we use Shopify or WooCommerce depending on your needs.
Do you build mobile apps?
Yes — we develop iOS and Android mobile apps using React Native and Flutter for cross-platform development, and native development where required. Mobile app development starts from $1,999 depending on scope. Every project begins with a free discovery call to scope the work properly.
Do you handle hosting, domain and SSL?
Yes — our yearly website plans (Starter and Growth) include hosting, domain registration and SSL certificate as standard. For custom projects, we can set up hosting and domain on your behalf or work within your existing hosting environment.
Do you offer SEO services?
Yes — we offer SEO setup and digital marketing services starting from $199/month. This includes technical SEO, keyword research, on-page optimisation, Google Search Console setup and monthly reporting. For clients on our yearly website plans, basic SEO setup is included as standard.
What is your paid strategy consultation?
For $49 USD you get a focused 60-minute one-on-one session with Anmol Verma directly. It covers website audit and feedback, SEO review, tech stack advice, digital marketing strategy, IT consulting, project scoping and business growth advice. You receive a written summary and prioritised action list within 24 hours of the call.
PRICING
How much does a website cost?
Our yearly website plans start from $50/month (Starter) and $100/month (Growth) with a one-time setup fee of $99 and $149 respectively. Custom project pricing starts from $299 for a landing page, $499 for a website redesign and $1,999 for a mobile app. All prices are in USD. Do you offer fixed price packages or custom quotes?
Both. Our yearly website plans (Starter and Growth) are fixed price packages covering everything — hosting, domain, SSL, design, development, maintenance and unlimited minor changes. For custom projects we provide a detailed fixed-price proposal after a discovery call. No open-ended billing, no surprise invoices.
Are your prices in USD or INR?
All prices on our website are shown in USD. For Indian clients we provide an INR pricing sheet on request — email support@stackdecode.com and we’ll send it across within 24 hours.
Is there a setup fee?
Yes — for our yearly website plans there is a one-time setup fee. Starter plan is $99 and Growth plan is $149. This covers the initial design and development of your website. The setup fee is charged once only — renewals only require the monthly or yearly subscription fee.
Do you charge GST on top of your prices?
For Indian clients — yes. GST at 18% applies to all services under SAC code 998314. For international clients — no GST is charged. This is a zero-rated export of service under Indian GST regulations.
PROCESS
How does a typical project work?
Every project follows 4 clear steps. First — a free 15-minute discovery call to understand your requirements. Second — a detailed written proposal with scope, timeline and cost. Third — design and development with regular updates and feedback loops. Fourth — launch, handover and ongoing support. We don’t disappear after launch.
How long does it take to build a website?
A free homepage mockup is delivered within 48 hours. A 5-page website is typically ready within 1 week. An e-commerce store of up to 10 pages takes around 15 days. Custom or complex projects are scoped individually during the discovery call. We always provide a clear timeline before starting.
How do you communicate during a project?
We work within whatever tools your business uses — Slack, WhatsApp, email, Trello, Asana or ClickUp. For most clients WhatsApp and email is sufficient. We provide regular updates without you having to chase us and flag any issues immediately rather than waiting until delivery.
Do I need to provide content and images?
For custom projects — yes, client-provided content gives the best results. However we can help with content writing, stock image sourcing and basic copywriting as part of the project scope. For yearly website plans basic content setup is included — we’ll guide you through what we need.
What happens after my website launches?
Launch is not the finish line for us. All clients receive post-launch support covering bug fixes, minor adjustments and technical questions. For ongoing monthly support, maintenance plans are available from $49/month.
MAINTENANCE PLANS
What do your maintenance plans cover?
Our maintenance plans cover websites, mobile apps, e-commerce stores, web applications and automation workflows. Every plan includes bug fixes, security monitoring, software and plugin updates, regular backups and a monthly performance report. Higher plans add content updates, SEO health checks, priority support and dedicated communication channels.
What are the maintenance plan prices?
We offer three plans — Basic Care at $49/month, Standard Care at $99/month and Premium Care at $199/month. All plans are month-to-month with no long-term contract. Cancel anytime with 30 days written notice.
Do you maintain websites you didn't build?
Yes — we take on maintenance for websites, apps and digital products built by other agencies or developers. We start with a paid technical audit to understand the existing codebase, then recommend the right maintenance plan.
How quickly do you respond to maintenance issues?
Response time depends on your plan. Basic Care — within 24 hours. Standard Care — within 12 hours. Premium Care — within 6 hours. All plans are covered Monday to Friday. Premium Care clients have access to a dedicated WhatsApp or Slack channel.
WHITE LABEL
What is white label development?
White label development means we build under your agency’s brand — silently. Your client never knows Stack Decode exists. We communicate only with your agency team, take zero credit publicly and sign an NDA before any technical discussion begins. Your brand. Our build.
What do you build for white label partners?
We build full websites, mobile apps, landing pages, UI/UX designs, automation workflows and provide ongoing maintenance — all under your agency’s brand. We integrate into your tools (Slack, Asana, Trello, ClickUp) and work exactly the way your agency works.
Do you sign NDAs for white label projects?
Yes — always. Every white label engagement begins with a signed NDA before any technical discussion takes place. Your client’s identity, project details and business information are fully protected. We never disclose our involvement publicly under any circumstances.
Will you ever contact our end client directly?
Never. All communication runs through your agency team only. Your end client never knows Stack Decode exists and we never reach out to them directly — not during the project and not after.
Do you offer white label maintenance?
Yes — we can provide ongoing maintenance for your agency’s clients under your brand. Contact us at support@stackdecode.com to discuss white label maintenance arrangements.
PAYMENTS
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments via Razorpay for Indian clients paying in INR, and Wise, Payoneer and Razorypay for international clients paying in USD. All payment methods are fully secure and PCI-compliant.
Do you require a deposit for custom projects?
Yes — custom projects require a deposit before work begins. The deposit amount and payment schedule are clearly outlined in your project proposal. We never begin work without written confirmation and deposit receipt.
How does billing work for yearly website plans?
Yearly website plans have a one-time setup fee paid upfront — $99 for Starter and $149 for Growth. After that you choose monthly billing ($50 or $100/month) or yearly billing ($499 or $999/year). Monthly and yearly subscriptions are handled automatically via Razorpay — no manual payment needed each month.
Do you provide invoices?
Yes — invoices are issued for every payment. Indian clients receive GST tax invoices including CGST/SGST (same state) or IGST (different state) as applicable. International clients receive export invoices. All invoices include our GSTIN: 06AZIPV9734F1ZU and SAC code 998314.
What is your refund policy?
Our full cancellation and refund policy is available at https://stackdecode.com/cancellation-and-refund/. In summary — custom project deposits are partially refundable depending on work completed. Yearly plan setup fees are refundable within 7 days if no work has begun. Monthly subscription fees already paid are non-refundable. The $49 consultation fee is non-refundable once booked.
