  • All digital products, including website development, software solutions, and IT services, are delivered electronically via email, cloud storage, or our project management platforms.
  • The estimated delivery time varies depending on the scope and complexity of the project, as agreed upon at the time of purchase or contract signing.
  • Once the project is completed and approved, all final files and necessary credentials will be securely shared with the client.

2. Estimated Delivery Timeline

  • Custom Web Development & Software Solutions: Delivery timelines depend on project complexity and are determined during consultation. Typically, projects take 7 to 30 business days.
  • Pre-built Software Solutions: Delivered within 24 to 48 hours after payment confirmation.
  • Consultation Services: Scheduled within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation.

3. How We Deliver Digital Services

  • Clients will receive digital assets via email, file-sharing services (Google Drive, Dropbox, or similar), or direct access to the deployed project.
  • For ongoing projects, access to our development platform or a staging environment may be provided.
  • Clients will receive an official confirmation email once the delivery is completed.

4. Late Delivery Policy

  • While we strive to meet deadlines, delays may occur due to unforeseen technical issues, changes in project scope, or client-side approvals.
  • If a delay is expected, we will notify the client in advance and provide an updated timeline.
  • In cases of excessive delays caused solely by us, clients may request compensation in the form of additional services or discounts.

5. No Physical Shipping

  • We do not provide any physical products; all services and products are digitally delivered.
  • If a client mistakenly provides a physical shipping address, it will be disregarded, and they will be reminded of our digital delivery process.
